What's in Wendy's handbag?
I'm very interested in Wendy. She's a lot
bigger than me, and I wonder if she might be my
mother. She is always at the football at
Molineux. One
of the deep and enduring mysteries of my life is
what Wendy keeps in her very large handbag.
I'm going to try and get a picture of it, but for
the moment, here's a picture of her.
I think that it may be sweeties. I do,
however, get a few hints as to what other odd little
items she also keeps there, and I'm going to share
them with you here.
She did tell me once that she collected names of
hairdressers, and she even let me see the list.
Even though neither of us ever go to the
hairdressers, I think the hair and
scissor-related puns are very funny. If you
