Just to let you know I’ve added profiles of my several Wolfie friends and associates on my new Meet the Wolfies page. We’re all very special in our own ways, but some of us are really quite alarming…
Incidentally, please let me know if you ever hear of a Wolfie in need of a home.
Wow! It’s been a long time. I’m redoing my site in Wordpress at the moment because I sense that Google doesn’t like me, and it should also make the whole process of updating the site easier, and therefore more likely to happen. It also means I can get an app for my iPhone to send a super-quick blog. You will wonder, I know, how I can operate my iPhone seeing as I don’t conduct electricity. I however, like to retain a certain air of mystery so that will have to remain a secret.
Anyway, where I’m leading is that I’m been very busy, but haven’t posted anything on here for a while. I expect the new site to be up and running in mid-August, but thought I should at least share a little of my adventures over the past few months, as a sneak preview, as it were.
It all started with a wedding…
And, well, one thing lead to another. It all went very well, except for leaving Wendy behind on the honeymoon. But I think she was really pleased that I remembered about her when I was there. After all, it could have been easy for a Wolfie alone in the big city to forget his bride. She was really touched by the video messages I sent…
At least the wig disguises the 'interesting' eye makeup
Wendy doesn’t get out much, but even I felt that a hen do was an inappropriate location for my particular brand of reportage.
So, here Wendy is, out with the girls for a crazy day of wig-wearing and trampolining.
I didn’t like to say anything but I think that the wig is actually a really good idea, because Wendy does have a quite distinctive appearance and she probably attracted less comment than she would usually when seen in public.
I would love to have been there to see the moment she (allegedly) nutted the kid who called her Pooh Bear.
So that’s Wendy’s social calendar expended for another year. Normal service will be resumed soon with Wolfie’s more highbrow mutterings.
Strange and wonderful times. I’ve found a lady love! So, as you’ll see from the picture, she’s a little scary looking, she’s not good with the eye makeup and sometimes I get nightmares about that bow, but Wendy and I are very happy. Also, you will see that it helps that she’s been persuaded to part with her shiny new shirt, which makes me look extra handsome. No rows so far, I’m pleased to report.
