I Spy: One point

Written by World Wide Wolfie on October 22nd, 2009

Getting a bit predictable here. I can’t bring myself to back a loss, but frankly, Wolves’s form home form hasn’t been up to scratch so far, so I’m going for a share of the spoils in an open and exciting contest.

Little to change from the last game, however Mancienne has to come in as a straight swap for Elokobi, and even if Castillo starts on the bench, I expect to see him as a sub. Villa arrive at Molineux fresh from a deserved win against Chelsea and have every reason to expect to take all three points, but if Wolves can show the battle they have sometimes lacked at home, and the belief they have sometimes lacked entirely, there’s no reason it can’t be a close fought contest.

And finally, in keeping with basically predicting the same thing as last week, I’m backing Ebanks-Blake for his first goal of the campaign.
