But why do they use soft onions. I have complained to the manufacturers and told them that over 30 t0 80% are soft. These should be crisp as well as full of flavour. So far, I have been ignored in my complaint. Therefore if they decide not to rectify the problem, I will not be buying any more, and will log on to any site to complain.
