Very sad, but not surprised, to hear that Joleon Lescott is off to Everton next season.  I wish him all the best there and am sure he’ll be a great success.  I hope that we’ll be able to find a good replacement, either from within the club or a new signing.  Bearing in mind Wolves’ perennial difficulties with landing their targets (which I’m sure has nothing to do with unrealistic financial expectations) I thought I should do my bit to promote the club as ‘the place to be’.  So, I’ve had this photo specially commissioned.  Hopefully it will make some footballers – or maybe some footballers’ wives – think seriously of the club as a great destination.  I hope you enjoy the picture too, but I don’t want to see it reproduced on any dodgy sites.
